Classical facade decoration is the ornamentation of a building's exterior with classical elements such as surrounds, mouldings, cornices, columns, arches and brackets. Window and door surrounds are emphasized, facade lines are divided with horizontal mouldings, and the entrance is highlighted with columns and arches. The elements used are mould-cast from exterior-grade polyurethane; the material is lightweight and fixed to the surface with adhesive and dowels. It resists moisture, frost and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and concrete, it adds no extra load to the facade and shortens application time. Because it is mould-cast, the profiles are identical along the facade.
