polyurethane curved arch

A polyurethane curved arch is a decorative arch element made of polyurethane in an arched, curved form that is applied to the upper part of a door, window or passage opening. It is used to give the opening a curved upper appearance and soften the transition. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; because it adds no weight, it needs no additional support. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted after priming to match the colour of the room. Compared with stone or plaster arches it is lighter and faster to install. Because it is mould-cast, the arch curve and profile details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces curved arches in a range of spans and sizes.
