Polyurethane Arched Frame with Decorative Keystone

The P1456D75VIB is a premium architectural trim designed to frame doorways, windows, and interior passages with classical structural depth. Designed for professionals seeking a refined transition between spaces, this archway element eliminates the structural load and fragile nature of traditional plaster. It provides a clean, semi-circular curve that instantly elevates standard rectangular openings into grand architectural features.

Crafted from high-density rigid polymer (150-220 kg/m³), this ornament offers exceptional dimensional stability. Measuring 211 mm in depth, 1150 mm in width, and 637 mm in height, it is engineered to withstand diverse environmental conditions. With a closed-cell structure ensuring water absorption of below 1% and dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C, the frame helps limit warping, swelling, and insect damage, making it highly reliable for long-term installations.

Visually, the archway features a smooth, multi-tiered profile that draws the eye upward to a beautifully sculpted acanthus-leaf keystone. This central ornament displays detailed organic scrollwork, creating a striking contrast against the clean, unblemished curves of the arch. This balance of minimalist molding and classical carving makes it highly adaptable to both traditional European and transitional modern interiors.

This versatile element is ideal for creating grand villa entrances, defining arched hallway passages, or framing exterior windows. As a superior alternative to plaster or wood, this high-performance polyurethane element simplifies handling on-site. The lightweight nature of the material ensures that it can be mounted securely to drywall, masonry, or composite exterior panels without requiring structural reinforcement.

The product arrives pre-primed at the factory to prepare the surface for painting. While this coating facilitates paint adhesion, applying a dedicated primer prior to final coating is optional and remains at the discretion of the installer based on the paint manufacturer's warranty guidelines. For exterior applications, finishing with a high-quality UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent discoloration from sunlight exposure.
