A polyurethane log is a decorative polyurethane element shaped like a tree trunk that imitates the natural texture of a wooden log. Indoors it is used in rustic decoration, display and showcase arrangements, and outdoors on facades and in garden decor for a natural look. The polyurethane material is light, produced in hollow or solid form, and easy to carry and place; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister, peel or rot, and can be painted. Unlike real wood, it is unaffected by moisture and insects and is long-lasting outdoors. Because the bark and ring texture on the surface is mould-cast, it repeats identically on every piece. Polure produces the log in a range of diameters and lengths.
