Classical architectural columns are vertical decorative elements with a plinth-shaft-capital structure, shaped according to the classical orders. They are used in sets indoors and outdoors to establish a vertical accent, separate transitions, and create a classical order. Columns made from polyurethane are lightweight, easier to handle than stone versions, and fitted with construction adhesive. They resist moisture and impact, will not crack or swell, and can be painted. Because they are mould-cast, the fluting and profile details repeat identically on every shaft, keeping dimensions consistent in set applications.
