exterior facade half column

An exterior facade half column is a polyurethane decorative element applied flush against a building's exterior wall, projecting out about half the depth of a column shaft. It is used along door and window edges or on the wall surface to create a vertical line and relief effect on the facade. It consists of shaft, base and capital parts. Polyurethane is lightweight and resistant to moisture, impact and outdoor weather; it will not crack, blister and can be painted. Because it takes up less space and is lighter than a full column, it can be fitted quickly to the wall with construction adhesive and mechanical fixing.
