classic door arch

A classic door arch is a polyurethane decorative element applied to the upper part of a door opening, drawing on the round or segmental curved form of classical architecture. It is used together with casings and frames to create an arched passage above the door. The polyurethane material is light and applied with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Thanks to its light structure it is easily mounted at high points such as above a door, adding less weight than a plaster arch. Because it is mould-produced, the curve and profile dimensions are standard. Polure produces classic door arches to suit different opening widths.
