Polyurethane Decorative Archway Frame with Central Shell Ornament

The P1456D135VIA semi-circular archway frame offers a sophisticated architectural transition for both residential and commercial projects. This premium decorative element acts as a grand crowning piece for doorways, interior passageways, or exterior windows, instantly elevating the visual structure of any space. Designed with classical proportions, it bridges the gap between traditional grandeur and modern construction ease.

Crafted from high-grade rigid polymer with a structural density of 150-220 kg/m³, this arch frame matches the toughness of hardwood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Measuring 1750 mm in width, 1082 mm in height, and featuring a robust 267 mm profile depth, it provides a bold three-dimensional presence. Its closed-cell composition prevents moisture absorption, ensuring it will not warp, rot, or crack over time. The product is delivered with a white factory-applied primer coat, ready for final painting.

Visually, the arch is defined by its deep, elegant concentric ribbing that leads the eye toward the crown. At its apex sits a detailed, classical shell (coquille) ornament integrated with a central cartouche and delicate scrollwork. This symmetrical focal point adds depth and shadows, making it an excellent centerpiece for Neoclassical, Baroque, or Mediterranean-inspired facades and entryways.

This versatile archway trim serves multiple decorative purposes. In luxury residential villas, it can frame grand entrance doors or highlight arched windows on the main facade. Indoors, it acts as an elegant partition in long hallways, hotel lobbies, or upscale restaurant dining rooms. When paired with matching pilasters or columns, it creates a majestic portal effect.

Installing this architectural pediment is highly efficient compared to heavy plaster or high-maintenance timber alternatives. The lightweight structure reduces structural load on walls and can be secured using a premium polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive combined with mechanical screws for a permanent bond. While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an additional primer is optional based on your choice of high-quality water-based or synthetic paint. For outdoor projects, a UV-resistant topcoat is mandatory to protect the material from sunlight.
