Polyurethane Round Curved Arch Frame Decoration Model

The P1456D135VI semi-circular architectural arch frame is engineered to crown doorways, windows, and interior passageways with a distinct classical profile. Specifically designed to meet high-end European building standards, this structural element offers an efficient way to introduce historical depth to modern and transitional spaces without the structural weight of concrete or plaster.

Boasting a substantial span width of 1750 mm, a height of 875 mm, and a profile depth of 137 mm, this arch is perfectly proportioned for medium-to-large portals. It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), giving it a solid, wood-like hardness. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, the material limits water absorption to under 1%, preventing warping, cracking, or moisture-induced rot in humid environments.

Visually, the arch features a stepped, multi-layered smooth profile that casts soft, elegant shadows along its curvature. The clean, unornamented lines draw inspiration from Neoclassical and Roman design principles. This smooth surface acts as a versatile canvas, allowing designers to either keep it minimalist or accent it with decorative keystones and corbels at the center or base.

This architectural frame is highly versatile, suitable for both interior transitions and exterior facades. Indoors, it acts as an elegant portal between dining rooms and formal salons, or as a decorative ceiling-high framing element in premium hospitality lobbies. Outdoors, it serves as a weather-resistant pediment topping for arched windows and grand villa entryways.

Installation is straightforward compared to heavy gypsum or stone alternatives, reducing structural fatigue on walls. The arch is mounted using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive and must be mechanically secured with screws for absolute stability. The surface comes pre-primed from the factory; however, applying an additional primer is optional and left to the preference of the installer based on the chosen paint system.
