over-door arch

An over-door arch is a half-round or shallow curved polyurethane decorative piece mounted along the top edge of a door. It is used to highlight the doorway and create an architectural transition on the wall. The polyurethane is lightweight and applies directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted in any colour. Unlike wood, it is unaffected by moisture and does not attract insects. Because the pieces are mould-cast, the arch profile and surface pattern are identical on every unit.
