An exterior facade arch surround is a polyurethane surround element with a curved profile that frames the arched top of a window or door opening. It is used to follow the arch line and give the upper edge of the opening a raised frame. The polyurethane material is lightweight and adapts to the curve of the arch; it resists moisture, frost and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than plaster or stone equivalents, it adds no extra load to the facade and goes up quickly with mounting adhesive.
