exterior facade arched window surround
An exterior facade arched window surround is a polyurethane surround element that forms an arched transition above a window or door. It is used in arched window and door openings to complete the upper frame and add a curved line to the facade. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is easily fitted with construction adhesive and screws; it resists moisture, frost and impact, does not absorb water, crack or blister. It can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and plaster equivalents makes installation on the curved upper line easier. Because it is cast in a mould, the arch section and radius repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces exterior facade arched surrounds in different radii and section dimensions.
