decorative arch surround

A decorative arch surround is the arc-shaped polyurethane piece that frames the curve above door and window openings. In arched openings it joins with straight surround profiles to form a complete frame on the facade. The polyurethane is lightweight and applied with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and is paintable. On the facade it does not absorb water and is unaffected by weather, and being lighter than stone equivalents it is easy to install at height. Because it is mould-cast, the arch profile and radius stay standard. Polure produces decorative arch surrounds in a range of radius and profile sizes.
