plain round arch
A plain round arch is a polyurethane arch element with a semicircular inner face and a simple, unornamented surface. It is used to frame the top of door, niche and passage openings with a round line. Applied to the upper corners of an opening, it turns a flat lintel into a semicircular arch. The polyurethane material is light and is applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or peel, and can be painted. Compared with plaster arch it has a lower risk of breaking, and its installation is dry and fast. Polure produces plain round arch by casting in different opening and radius options; the arch cross-section is the same on every piece.
